Tomorrow night, high school boys basketball game will be varsity only. Start time 6:00 PM at the Polo high school.

The Lee County Court Services is sponsoring two presentations on substance abuse and drug trends at the Historic Dixon Theatre. This is on April 9th, 2026, at 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm.

6th Grade Girls' Basketball game from last Monday has been rescheduled for Tuesday, March 17th at 4:00 at Winnebago.

Polo High School is proud to host the upcoming High School Girls Regional Quarter-Final game. The Polo Lady Marcos will face off against Galva on Saturday, February 14th, with the game scheduled to begin at 2:00 PM in the high school gymnasium.

Boys Basketball @ Earlville tomorrow starts at 5:30 PM. Varsity plays first, followed by a shortened JV game.

February 8th- We are unable to find a substitute bus driver in the afternoon for Mr. Maginnis, for the week. We will need parents to pick up their students from school this week. We do have a morning driver. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Tonight’s Boys Basketball Update: The Varsity game at AFC will tip off at 6:00 PM. A modified JV game will follow immediately afterward.

The Illinois State Scholars were recognized at the January 21, 2026, Board of Education Meeting. Congratulations to Lydia Anderson, Jada Garcia, Laynie Mandrell, Elsa Monaco, and Aiden Terry-Messer. We are so proud of you!

Centennial held their 2026 Centennial Spelling Bee. We are so proud of the bravery and courage these spellers display today. Bryn Hardin became our champion with the word scorcher and will represent Centennial in the Regional Spelling Bee. Evelyn Collins is the runner up. At the conclusion of our Spelling Bee, these girls displayed the epitome of the Spelling Bee - comradery and sportsmanship with a hug that pulled on everyone's heart strings! Congratulations, girls!

Due to inclement weather conditions, our wrestling team will no longer be traveling to the Orion wrestling tournament on Saturay.
