FFA Drive-thru dinner tonight from 5:30 - 7:30 pm! Pork chop, cheesy potatoes, green beans, cookie and water! $10 per meal and $3 for an extra sandwich!
The high school softball game scheduled for tomorrow, March 14th against Orangeville is cancelled and rescheduled for April 26th. 4:30 start time in Orangeville.

These 6 students competed at the District 1 Proficiencies tonight in Geneseo! They have all done an amazing job with their record books!
A special congratulations to Ally Cytrych and Anna Faivre as they will be advancing to State with their books!! Ally will advance in the area of Ag Education and Anna will be advancing in the area of Specialty Animal Production.
Tonight Sawyer Marceau competed in Sheep Production, James Stephenson competed in Forest Management, Jasmyn Ludewig competed in Ag Services, and Eli Baumann competed in Manufacturing, Engineering, and Trades.

Yesterday, students and staff at Centennial celebrated "Read Across America Day" by wearing their PJ's and enjoying reading with one another and other grade levels.
Attached are the JHGBB Brackets for tomorrow.
JHGBB Rt. 72 Tournament to be played in Oregon at the Blackhawk Center and JH/HS Gym. Bus time will be 8:15 behind Aplington.
7th grade will play Stillman at 9am
8th grade will play Winnebago at 10:10am
Second games will be determined by result of first game.
There will be no junior high wrestling practice tonight after school.
Practice will be 3:30-5 on Monday for those advancing to the state tournament.

Students in kindergarten have been learning how to become authors and illustrators! They first leaned to illustrate with crayons and add detail to their illustrations. They are now working hard to use pencils to label their illustrations and write their sentences. Here are a few examples from Mrs.Soltow's class!
Lucas Nelson placed 3rd and Draven Zier placed 4th at regionals! Both are moving on to sectionals for the IWCOA state wrestling series.
